About

Hi — I’m Richard Vinc.

I work mainly on backend and devops stuff, although sometimes I also do some fullstack development by tackling the frontend as well (talk about dedication!). I have 8+ years experience in JavaScript/Typescript and I use mainly Nest.js for backend development. I also have experience in Python, which I use mainly for data processing and machine learning projects. Other than my professional work projects, in my free time I mainly work to contribute to NGO initiatives and doing some research and publication projects.

I have experience designing distributed services, cloud infrastructure, AI-assisted workflows, and data-driven applications using TypeScript, Node.js, Python, AWS, PostgreSQL, Docker, and Terraform. I also have strong background in service architecture, distributed services, and production systems.

I am also passionate about teaching and sharing knowledge. In my spare time, my friend and I provide free teaching and mentoring to students and junior developers through Manoosia.com. Our teaching materials vary from computational thinking, design thinking, Python fundamentals, and data analysis/visualization.
